A service agreement shaped around actual operations
Offices, shops, warehouses and shared areas have different opening hours, access rules and traffic. Komfortliv therefore confirms rooms, frequency, access, authorised contacts and periodic requirements before proposing an agreement for Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres.
An agreement may combine regular cleaning, kitchen service, consumable replenishment and practical tasks. The customer has one contact, while scope, price and responsibility remain clear for every service. External trades are never hidden inside the regular price without approval.
How a business agreement is built
The task list distinguishes work at every visit, periodic measures and work ordered separately. Only named contacts can approve changes affecting price or scope.

- Written routines for keys, alarms, waste, privacy and restricted zones.

Responsibilities that remain with the customer
A practical service agreement is not full facility management. The customer retains statutory responsibility for internal control, fire safety, working conditions, food operations and technical systems. Lifts, electricity, plumbing, ventilation, alarms and other regulated work remain with qualified providers.
Komfortliv may provide access, record visible conditions and coordinate timing, but the specialist contractor remains responsible for assessment, price, execution and documentation.
Pricing, VAT and additions
Business cleaning starts from NOK 560 per hour excluding VAT for standard office cleaning, NOK 580 for retail/office-kitchen service and NOK 680 for warehouse/industrial cleaning. Recurring work is normally priced per visit or month after a defined task plan. Caretaker agreements start from NOK 6,900 per month excluding VAT for 10 reserved hours.
Products, consumables, parking, tolls, machinery and external providers are additional unless expressly included. Work can be scheduled at any time of day by arrangement; enquiries are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Frequently asked questions
Can several services appear on one invoice?
Yes, where Komfortliv supplies them. External specialists or product suppliers may invoice separately under their own agreement.
Can work take place after closing?
Yes, once keys, alarms, security and the responsible contact are agreed.
Do we need a long contract?
Not necessarily. Start-up, trial period, frequency and notice terms are defined before signing.
Who may order additional work?
The customer names authorised people. Other staff may report a need, but additions require approval.
