1. Contracting parties

The service provider is KOMFORT LIV ZVEREVA, organisation number 923 441 662, Skøyenåsveien 31, 0686 Oslo. The “Customer” is the person or business ordering the service. The agreement consists of the offer, order confirmation, these terms and any written clarifications.

2. Booking and confirmation

A request submitted through the website is not a final booking. The assignment becomes binding when the Customer has accepted the price and scope in writing, or when a start has been expressly agreed. The Customer must provide accurate information about the address, area, access, surfaces, objects, risks and other circumstances affecting the work.

3. Service area and timing

Komfortliv accepts assignments in Oslo and nearby areas within approximately 20 km. Work may be performed at any time by agreement and subject to capacity. The administration handles enquiries Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and normally responds within two hours during that period.

4. Price and minimum order

Guide prices follow the active booking version PUBLIC_1_2 and are shown on the Prices page and in the price/booking module. The rate and pricing basis depend on the service type, competence, staffing, equipment and timing. Where a booking service has a minimum order or a dedicated price matrix, that rule applies. A fixed price applies only to the tasks and assumptions described in the offer.

For private customers, prices are stated including VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise. For eligible one-off Oslo orders, the separate mobilisation amount is NOK 0 when a service deposit is paid and NOK 450 before dispatch when no service deposit is paid. Parking, tolls, disposal fees, materials and services from external qualified partners may be added. Additions will be clarified before they arise whenever practical.

5. Materials and purchases

The Customer pays for materials, consumables, packaging and other goods used for the assignment unless expressly included in the fixed price. Komfortliv may select and purchase goods by agreement. Documented purchase costs and the agreed time for purchasing and transport are invoiced to the Customer.

6. Customer obligations

The Customer must:

  • Provide access at the agreed time and the necessary keys, codes and permissions.
  • Inform Komfortliv about vulnerable surfaces, hidden defects, dangerous conditions and special requirements.
  • Remove or secure cash, jewellery, documents and highly valuable items.
  • Provide electricity, water and normal working light where the assignment requires them.
  • Not instruct the provider to perform work requiring authorisation without a qualified partner.

7. Changes and additional work

If conditions at the site differ from the information in the booking, the price and time required may change. Komfortliv will inform the Customer before substantial additional work begins. Minor necessary adjustments may be made within a reasonable limit when stopping would be impractical, but they will be documented afterwards.

8. Qualified partners

Electrical installations, fixed plumbing, wet rooms, load-bearing structures and other regulated tasks are performed only by a business or person with the necessary qualifications. Komfortliv may coordinate a partner, but the partner’s price, documentation and guarantee may be governed by a separate agreement.

9. Delays and obstacles

Timing may be affected by traffic, weather, illness, missing access, hidden conditions or delays by a supplier or qualified partner. Komfortliv will notify the Customer as soon as possible and suggest a new plan. If the obstacle is caused by the Customer, waiting time and an unsuccessful call-out may be invoiced.

10. Payment

Payment is made by invoice or Vipps. The payment deadline appears on the invoice. Interest and costs may be charged for late payment under applicable rules. Komfortliv may require an advance for materials, larger assignments or booking external capacity.

11. Cancellation

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start is normally free of charge. For cancellation 24–48 hours before the start, 25% of the agreed price may be invoiced. For cancellation less than 24 hours before the start, 50% may be invoiced. Approved materials and non-refundable external costs are additional. See the separate withdrawal and cancellation page.

12. Quality and reporting deviations

The Customer should report visible deviations within 24 hours and give Komfortliv an opportunity to inspect and correct the matter. This rapid quality routine does not limit mandatory rights under Norwegian law. Damage or deviations should be documented with photographs and a written description.

13. Insurance and liability

Komfortliv has liability insurance with If. Any insurance claim is assessed under the policy and the circumstances. Komfortliv is not responsible for existing defects, weaknesses in the surface or structure, product defects, inaccurate information from the Customer or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed to answer enquiries, perform the agreement, issue invoices and handle deviations. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

15. Complaints and disputes

The Customer should first contact Komfortliv in writing so that the matter can be investigated. The parties will try to find an amicable solution. Private customers may then seek guidance or mediation through relevant Norwegian consumer authorities. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
