Komfortliv welcomes enquiries from households, offices, shops and other small businesses in Oslo. We help with cleaning, packing and carrying, assembly, minor maintenance, painting and practical organising. Jobs requiring a licensed professional are assessed and coordinated separately.

When will we reply?

Our office handles new enquiries Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. We usually reply within two hours during these times. Work may be scheduled during the day, evening, night or at weekends, subject to agreement and availability. Enquiries received outside office hours are reviewed during the next working period.

What should your enquiry include?

• The service or task you need help with.
• The address, district or general location. We cover Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 km.
• Your preferred date and time window.
• The floor area, number of rooms, number of items or other details that indicate the scope.
• The floor, lift access, parking and distance from the vehicle to the entrance for carrying or transport jobs.
• Photos for assembly, repairs, painting, surface work or larger jobs.
• Whether materials have already been purchased or you would like Komfortliv to recommend and buy them.

Pricing and booking

Prices and minimums depend on the selected service and follow booking version PUBLIC_1_2. A fixed price or price indication is provided where the scope can be assessed. For eligible one-off Oslo orders, no separate mobilisation fee is charged when a service deposit is paid; without a service deposit, the mobilisation amount is NOK 450 before dispatch. Parking, tolls, materials and any trade partner are additional where relevant. You will receive written confirmation before the booking becomes binding.

Payment and cancellation

Bookings can be submitted through the price and booking module. Vipps is shown when the service and payment setup support online payment; otherwise we confirm invoice or another agreed payment method. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start time are normally free. A 25% charge may apply to cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance, and a 50% charge may apply with less than 24 hours’ notice. Please read the full terms before booking.
