The board or property manager has one contact for access, changes and issues. Service is scheduled to reduce conflict with residents, deliveries and other operations.
What communal stair cleaning can include
Windows, high glass, plant rooms, bin rooms, garages and outdoor areas are included only when stated. Private belongings are not moved without agreement. Loose tiles, leaks and building faults are reported but not repaired as part of cleaning.

Frequency across the year
Assessment records entrances, floors, lifts, flooring and usage. A small staircase differs from a busy street-facing building. Winter and wet spring may require more frequent entrance and lower-floor cleaning.
The plan can separate weekly, fortnightly and periodic tasks. It also confirms equipment storage, door access and issue reporting.

This is the PUBLIC_1_2 booking matrix for a standard recurring agreement by floor count. Multiple entrances, extra periodic work, specialist equipment or atypical scope remain REVIEW and can change the quote.
One-off deep cleaning normally has a NOK 3,000 minimum including VAT. Products, specialist machines and mat services are additional unless included.
The board names one contact to avoid conflicting resident instructions. Visible issues should be reported promptly, preferably within 24 hours, and recurring problems are used to adjust method or frequency.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a staircase be cleaned?
It depends on residents, entrances and season. Many need weekly cleaning, but frequency follows assessment.
Can lifts and entrance mats be included?
Yes, with tasks and frequency defined. Mat rental and replacement remain a separate service.
What if residents leave items in the staircase?
We work around them where safe; moving private belongings requires agreement with the board.
Can you report visible damage?
Yes. We can report and photograph visible issues, while repairs are ordered separately.
