Komfortliv provides cleaning services in Oslo for households, offices and shops. We have worked in professional cleaning since 2019, and it remains the foundation of our practical service model. Every job is planned around the size of the property, how the rooms are used, the desired result and how often help is needed. Our aim is not to sell unnecessary extras, but to agree exactly what needs to be done before work begins.
We serve every district in Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres. Work can be scheduled during the day, evening, night or at weekends by arrangement. Enquiries are handled Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and we usually reply within two hours during office hours.
Choose the right type of cleaning
- Regular cleaning: recurring cleaning based on an agreed task list and schedule.
- House cleaning: a one-off service when your home needs professional everyday cleaning.
- Deep cleaning: more detailed work on skirting boards, frames, doors, switches and other areas not always covered by routine cleaning.
- Pre-sale cleaning: focused preparation before photography, viewings, a sale or a new tenancy.
- Kitchen cleaning: extra attention to grease, cabinet fronts, worktops and agreed appliances.
- Window and specialist cleaning: separate services for jobs that require different equipment, more time or a specific access assessment.
What do we confirm before booking?
To prepare a realistic quote, we need the general location, floor area, number of bathrooms, preferred date and a short description of the condition. Photos are useful where there is heavy grease, limescale, construction dust, high windows or difficult access. We also confirm key access, parking, alarms, pets and whether anyone will be at the property while we work.
Standard cleaning normally includes dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms to the agreed level. Cleaning inside cabinets, ovens or refrigerators, intensive limescale removal, textile cleaning, windows and work at height are quoted as separate tasks. This makes it clear what you are paying for.
Pricing, equipment and materials
Cleaning follows the specific PUBLIC_1_2 models in Booking: regular cleaning from NOK 1,290 per visit by floor area, one-off house cleaning from NOK 3,000 per job, deep cleaning from NOK 5,900 and pre-sale cleaning from NOK 4,900. No separate Oslo mobilisation charge applies when a service deposit is paid. Without a service deposit, NOK 450 is payable before dispatch; documented parking and toll costs may still apply.
Cleaning products, consumables and any specialist equipment are paid for by the customer unless expressly included in the quote. Komfortliv can select and purchase the necessary products by agreement. Product costs and the agreed time spent purchasing or transporting them are then added to the invoice. Payment is by Vipps or invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book several services at once?
Yes. Cleaning can be combined with organising, packing, furniture assembly or simple maintenance tasks. Each area of work is itemised in the quote, and regulated trade work is coordinated only with qualified partners.
Do you bring cleaning products?
We can arrange the necessary products and equipment. Materials are charged separately unless agreed otherwise in writing. Please tell us about allergies, sensitive surfaces or products that must not be used.
Can you clean while I am away?
Yes, provided access, keys, alarms and locking arrangements have been agreed in advance. We recommend storing valuable and personal items securely before the visit.
How can I get a fixed price?
Send the floor area, photos, preferred task list and timing. For larger or less predictable jobs, we may recommend a short site visit before confirming a fixed price.
