Cleaning around stock, machinery and internal traffic
Warehouse cleaning needs more planning than an office. Pallets, forklifts, packaging and dust affect floors, while doors, loading areas and walkways must remain available. Komfortliv cleans defined warehouses, workshops and lighter production premises throughout Oslo and nearby areas.
The service suits controlled premises where risks and responsibilities can be agreed in advance. Timing, zone closures, access and equipment are planned with the customer's responsible contact.
What the task plan can include
Active machinery, electrical cabinets, production lines, ventilation and technical systems require a documented specialist method. Asbestos, unknown chemicals, combustible dust, biological contamination, oil spills and regulated hazards are excluded from ordinary cleaning.
- Vacuuming, dry mopping or machine cleaning accessible floors.
- Marked walkways, entrances, changing and staff areas.
- Agreed accessible shelving and external surfaces.
- Doors, loading and packaging zones when operations are stopped.
- Toilets, break rooms and offices in the same agreement.
- Ordinary waste using the customer's established system.
- Periodic cleaning after refits, seasons or stock counts.
Safety assessment before the first visit
We need information on operations, hours, forklift traffic, machinery, chemicals, PPE and restricted areas. The customer identifies escape routes, first aid, waste points and local rules. High-risk zones are closed or excluded.
The assessment records flooring, area, height, access, water and power. Cleaners do not share an unsafe zone with moving forklifts, lifts or operating machinery.
Price, equipment and documentation
The booking rate is NOK 680 per hour excl. VAT (NOK 850 incl. VAT). The service is handled as QUOTE/REVIEW because area, dust, timing, flooring, machinery, zones and safety conditions affect the final scope. Booking has no general minimum order for this B2B service.
Products, machines, PPE, parking, tolls and disposal are additional unless included. Visits and visible obstacles, leaks or damage may be reported without assuming technical inspection responsibility.

Can cleaning take place while the warehouse operates?
Yes, only where customer traffic and cleaning can be separated safely. Evenings, nights or planned stops are often best.
Do you clean oil, chemicals or unknown spills?
Not as routine cleaning. Provide information and safety data; regulated contamination requires a specialist.
Can you use a floor-cleaning machine?
Yes, where flooring, access and area suit it. Machine type, transport and cost are agreed first.
Can staff rooms and offices be included?
Yes, with their own task list and frequency.
