Regular cleaning is ideal if you want a consistent standard at home without booking every visit separately. Before we begin, we confirm which rooms are included, how often we should visit, which surfaces need special care and how we will gain access. We then create a clear task list that can be adjusted as your needs change.
Komfortliv has provided cleaning services in Oslo since 2019. We work in every district and in nearby areas within about 20 kilometres. Visits can be scheduled at different times of day by arrangement, while new enquiries are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
What is usually included
- dusting accessible surfaces
- vacuuming floors, rugs and agreed furniture
- mopping with a method suited to the floor material
- cleaning sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers and baths
- cleaning worktops, sinks, hobs and visible cabinet fronts
- emptying small waste bins where agreed
The task list is tailored to your home. A family with children and pets may have different priorities from a small flat with a home office. For example, we can spend more time on the entrance and floors one week and focus on the kitchen or bathroom at the next visit, provided this is agreed in advance.
Tasks booked separately
Window cleaning, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers, ovens or refrigerators, extensive limescale removal, textile cleaning, tidying and organising are not automatically included in regular cleaning. They can be added as one-off tasks or scheduled throughout the year. We confirm the expected additional cost before carrying out the work.
Before the first visit
We ask for the floor area, number of bathrooms, preferred frequency, address and, where useful, a few photos. Please also tell us about pets, alarms, parking, surfaces requiring particular products and whether we should use your equipment. Small items should normally be cleared from floors and worktops so the booked time can be spent cleaning rather than moving personal belongings.
Pricing and service agreement
Booking PUBLIC_1_2 prices regular cleaning per visit according to the home’s floor area rather than a published hourly rate. The prices below include VAT and cover the base scope before selected extras. Standard jobs in normal condition can be calculated directly in Booking. Parking, tolls, materials and specialist equipment may be additional where relevant.

Common Booking extras include an additional separate WC at NOK 180, an extra bathroom/shower room at NOK 300, oven interior at NOK 450, refrigerator interior at NOK 350, a standard window at NOK 190 and pets/extra hair at NOK 150 per visit.
Komfortliv can select and purchase cleaning products or consumables by agreement. The customer pays documented product costs and the agreed time spent purchasing and transporting them. Payment is by Vipps or invoice.
Frequently asked questions
How often can you visit?
Common schedules are weekly or fortnightly. Other intervals can be arranged where the scope, travel and availability make them practical.
Will the same person come every time?
We aim to provide continuity, but cannot guarantee one particular cleaner during illness, holidays or changes in capacity. We will let you know if the plan needs to change.
Can the task list be changed?
Yes. Minor adjustments can be agreed before the next visit. Larger additional tasks are quoted separately so the regular cleaning is not delayed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the agreed start time is normally free. With shorter notice, 25% or 50% of the agreed price may be charged in accordance with the terms.
