Spring, summer, autumn and winter bring different jobs around homes, shops, offices and smaller communal areas. Komfortliv provides seasonal practical support throughout Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres. Book one job or combine recurring tasks in a seasonal plan.
We distinguish everyday outdoor service from work requiring specialist equipment or professional competence. Mowing, leaf clearance, simple snow clearing and maintenance of accessible surfaces may be completed by Komfortliv. Tree felling, complex work at height, roof work, large-scale mechanical ploughing and technical repairs require separate assessment.
Services across the seasons
Each task is confirmed with its own frequency, equipment, access, materials and disposal arrangements.

How we create a seasonal plan
Planning starts with the address, photos, approximate area and priority zones. At a home, these may include the entrance, lawn, deck and accessible gutters. For a shop or office, they may include a walkway, goods entrance, waste containers and a small planted area. The customer appoints a contact who can approve additions.
Work may be scheduled at any time by arrangement when conditions permit, while new enquiries are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Winter services use an agreed response time and are not marketed as automatic 24-hour emergency cover.
Prices and additional costs
Garden work starts from NOK 790 per hour. Snow clearing starts from NOK 875 per hour and deck maintenance from NOK 875 per hour. Gutter cleaning normally has a NOK 3,000 minimum and is assessed by length, height and access. All guide prices for private customers include VAT.
One-off work normally has a NOK 3,000 minimum order. Materials, products, machinery hire, lifts, scaffolding, parking, tolls, disposal facilities and external providers are additional unless expressly included. Fixed or monthly pricing may be agreed after assessment.
Weather, safety and waste
Outdoor work is postponed when wind, rain, frost, heat or slippery ground would make it unsafe or compromise quality. Work at height is confirmed only when a safe working platform can be established. Garden waste is sorted and delivered under the receiving facility's rules and is never dumped in nature.
Komfortliv may observe and document visible conditions, but seasonal service does not replace the customer's technical inspections, legal property responsibilities or monitoring between visits. Report visible issues promptly, preferably within 24 hours of the work.
Frequently asked questions
Can several seasonal services be combined in one agreement?
Yes. Garden, deck, winter and selected inspection tasks can share one plan with separate prices and frequencies.
Can you work when the customer is away?
Yes, once access, alarms, water, electricity and an authorised contact are confirmed in writing.
What happens when the weather changes?
The work is rescheduled when safety or quality requires it. Winter agreements follow their confirmed priority and response time.
Do you undertake every type of outdoor work?
No. Roof work, large trees, hazardous chemicals, heavy machinery and technical structures require a separate specialist solution.
