Patio cleaning is now a separate booking service
Patio and deck cleaning is now a separate Komfortliv service rather than being bundled only with facade cleaning and patio maintenance. This lets customers calculate the area and select the correct booking route directly.
The booking code is terrace_wash. PUBLIC_1_2 uses NOK 59/m² with a minimum order of NOK 3,000. The service remains in REVIEW because the method and achievable result depend on material, age, surface growth, access and the water and weather conditions on site.

Prices come directly from booking version PUBLIC_1_2. Cleaning products, special equipment hire, parking, tolls, water arrangements and aftercare such as oil or stain are not automatically included.
What can patio cleaning include?
- cleaning the agreed patio/deck area and accessible outdoor flooring
- removal of normal surface dirt, pollen and algae as far as the substrate safely allows
- adjusting water pressure, brushing and cleaning method to the material
- care around edges, railings and adjacent surfaces as agreed
- basic clean-up of the work area after washing
Method, weather and aftercare
High pressure is not always the right method. On timber, aggressive washing can raise the fibres; on older or treated surfaces, paint, stain or oil may already be loose. The substrate is therefore reviewed before the method is chosen. Sanding, oiling, staining or painting are separate jobs and are performed only once the surface is sufficiently dry.

Do you always use a pressure washer?
No. Pressure and method are selected for the material and condition. Timber and treated surfaces may require lower pressure or more manual cleaning.
Is oil or stain included after cleaning?
No. Aftercare is a separate service. The surface must first dry sufficiently, and the product, preparation and weather conditions are agreed before oil, stain or paint is applied.
Can you remove all algae and dark staining?
The goal is a clearly cleaner surface, but the achievable result depends on how deeply the discolouration sits, the age of the material and previous treatments.
What do you need on site?
The job normally needs practical access and a water supply. Power, hose routing, drainage and site restrictions are checked during REVIEW.
