Floor installation is now a dedicated Komfortliv service
Komfortliv has expanded its craft capacity and now offers laminate, click-parquet and click-vinyl installation in Oslo. This is separate from floor treatment: floor treatment concerns cleaning and surface care, while floor installation is the physical installation of a new floor.
Booking is the single pricing source. The static pages mirror PUBLIC_1_2 so the customer sees the same figures in content, calculator and order flow.

Minimum order: NOK 5,500 for laminate, NOK 6,000 for click-parquet and NOK 5,800 for click vinyl. Prices are sourced from booking version PUBLIC_1_2. Laminate, click-parquet and click vinyl use a continuity guard: total labour price cannot decrease when area increases, even when the base per-m² rate moves to a lower volume tier.

Materials, delivery, parking, tolls and other expenses are recorded separately. An uneven substrate, moisture, hidden damage or complex geometry can move the booking result to REVIEW or QUOTE before a binding agreement is made.
Choose the flooring type
Laminate flooring is a cost-effective click-floor with several area bands. Click-parquet provides a real-wood surface and requires product and moisture checks. Click vinyl is a practical alternative where the product is approved for the room.

How much does floor installation cost in Oslo?
The price depends on flooring type and area. The booking engine uses area bands: laminate runs from NOK 525/m² on small areas down to NOK 340/m² at 100+ m²; click-parquet from NOK 500 to 390/m²; and click vinyl from NOK 480 to 370/m². Service minimums apply.
Are flooring materials included?
No. Booking prices cover the labour component. Flooring, underlay, profiles, skirting, delivery, parking, tolls and other documented expenses are priced separately when relevant.
Can you remove the old floor and level the subfloor?
Yes when the substrate and scope are suitable. Booking has separate additions for old-floor removal, subfloor levelling and skirting. Major unevenness, moisture or structural damage requires assessment before a final quote.
Does the room need to be empty?
An empty room is the fastest and most predictable setup. The booking engine applies a complexity addition for furnished rooms, and we agree in advance what must be moved.
