Laminate installation is now available from Komfortliv
Komfortliv now offers click-laminate installation in Oslo after expanding the team with craftspeople who carry out flooring work. The service is suitable when the customer has selected the laminate or wants help clarifying quantities, substrate condition, finishing and preparation before booking.
We plan the work around room size, geometry, door openings, the existing floor and whether the room is empty. The substrate must be dry, stable and sufficiently flat for the chosen product.

Minimum order: NOK 5,500 incl. VAT. PUBLIC_1_2 applies a continuity guard between volume tiers: a larger floor area can never produce a lower total labour price than a smaller area, even when the per-m² rate decreases.
Prices are sourced from booking version PUBLIC_1_2 and cover the labour component.
The booking engine applies 10% complexity for hallways, 15% for kitchens and 10% for furnished rooms. Where the scope is less predictable, the calculation is reviewed before it becomes binding.
What the installation can include
- planning the laying direction and starting line
- installing click laminate on a prepared substrate
- checking expansion gaps against walls and fixed structures
- cutting around door openings and agreed visible finishing details
- basic clean-up of the work area after installation
Materials are not automatically included. The customer can purchase the flooring or agree separate procurement and delivery.
Preparation priced separately
Booking can add old-floor removal at NOK 220/m², subfloor levelling at NOK 550/m² and skirting at NOK 175 per linear metre. Disposal, parking, tolls and materials are separate expenses when incurred.

What is the minimum price for laminate installation?
The booking system has a minimum order value of NOK 5,500 including VAT for this service. If the area calculation is lower, the minimum applies.
What if the subfloor is uneven?
Minor conditions are assessed at the start, while levelling is a separate booking line at NOK 550/m² and may move the job to REVIEW or QUOTE when more preparation is required.
Can you remove the old flooring?
Yes. Old-floor removal is a separate booking line at NOK 220/m². Disposal and reception fees are not automatically included.
Can you install skirting boards?
Yes. Booking includes skirting as an optional addition at NOK 175 per linear metre when the scope can be measured in advance.
