Several improvements in one workable plan
A property refresh suits a home, rental, office or shop that needs several smaller improvements but not a complete renovation. Komfortliv combines painting, filling, small carpentry, mounting, silicone, organisation and cleaning in one overview, giving the customer one contact and a practical work sequence.
The service is often used before sale or letting, after a tenancy, before move-in or when premises need a more coherent appearance. We work throughout Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres, including outside ordinary daytime hours by prior agreement.
What a property refresh can include
The agreed scope is written clearly. A refresh is not full rehabilitation. Load-bearing structures, membranes, fixed electrical installations, pipes and regulated work are not carried out by Komfortliv's general service team; qualified partners can be coordinated after separate customer approval.
- Reviewing rooms, visible damage and practical improvement needs.
- Prioritising work by budget, deadline and intended use.
- Local filling, sanding, priming and painting.
- Small carpentry, trim, fittings, doors and adjustments.
- Furniture, shelves, curtain rails and agreed equipment assembly.
- Renewing visible silicone where the substrate is dry and suitable.
- Organising, clearing and cleaning after the work.
How priorities are assessed
Send overview photos of every relevant room and close-ups of damage, plus the general location, target completion date, furnishing status and goal: sale, letting, move-in or general improvement. Several work areas normally benefit from a site visit.
We separate necessary work, visible improvements and optional extras. The proposal shows what Komfortliv can complete, what needs professional investigation and which products must be purchased.
Pricing, materials and changes
Booking PUBLIC_1_2 uses NOK 990/hour including VAT for practical property-refresh work, with a NOK 3,000 minimum order. The service remains QUOTE: the combination of work areas is reviewed before a binding quote, and clearly defined sections may receive a fixed price.
Paint, filler, trim, silicone, fixings and protection are additional. Customers pay documented product costs, agreed purchasing time and relevant parking, toll or delivery expenses. New work is not added until the price and schedule impact are approved.
Completion and inspection
Work follows the correct sequence: dismantling and repair before surfaces, painting before final assembly and cleaning last. Visible results and remaining points are reviewed by work area. Report visible issues promptly, preferably within 24 hours after inspection is possible.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know exactly which services I need?
No. Send photos and describe the goal; we can propose a practical sequence and divide the project into clear work areas.
Can the property be ready by a fixed date?
Yes, where scope, materials and access make the deadline realistic. The schedule is confirmed after assessment.
Are you responsible for contractors I choose?
No. We may coordinate access and sequence, but every external provider remains responsible for its own work and documentation.
Can the project be completed in stages?
Yes. Necessary and highly visible work can be prioritised, with later stages planned around budget and use.
Request an accurate estimate: Send clear photos, access details and the preferred date. We usually reply within two hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
