Responsible removal begins with sorting
Furniture, timber, electronics, metal, garden waste and renovation debris can have different acceptance rules and fees. Komfortliv assesses collection requests from homes, offices and shops when the type, quantity and destination can be confirmed before arrival.
This service remains subject to approval for each load. Send clear photos and state where the waste came from. Commercial and renovation waste may have different rules from ordinary household waste.
What we can assess as an ordinary job
Waste should be sorted before transport. Mixed loads may cost more or be rejected. We can help with safe, agreed sorting but do not open unknown containers or handle concealed material that may pose a health or environmental risk.

What ordinary removal does not cover
Asbestos, explosives, weapons, pressurised cylinders, unknown chemicals, medical or biological waste, oil, fuel, solvents and other hazardous products require a specialist route. Suspect building material must be assessed before clearing. Wet, heavily contaminated or pest-infested contents also require separate agreement.
If unsafe material is discovered, work may stop and the customer must use an appropriately authorised provider or facility.
How to obtain a realistic quote
Send overview and close-up photos, an estimated number of bags, items or cubic metres, and details of floor, lift, carrying route and parking. Identify sharp edges, heavy objects, dismantling and any sorting required. We confirm the intended facility, opening hours and expected fees before booking.
Price and documented expenses
A defined smaller job normally starts from NOK 3,490 including VAT for labour and transport within the agreed area. Carrying, volume, sorting, journey time, number of trips and vehicle affect the total. Disposal fees, tolls and parking are additional.
Larger or mixed loads are priced after photos or a site visit. If the contents differ from the description, we may require new sorting, change the facility or decline part of the load before additional cost is incurred.

Not automatically. We must know and approve the contents before booking.
Is the disposal fee included?
Usually not. It depends on the material, quantity, facility and whether the load is household or commercial waste.
Can you sort on site?
Yes, when the material is safe and sorting is included in the quote.
Do you take construction waste?
It is assessed by material and origin. Hazardous or suspect material is not collected without an approved specialist solution.
