Textile support with responsibility at every stage
Before work starts, we agree the washing location, textiles, method, storage and delivery. Washing may be done in a suitable customer machine or sent to an external laundry by separate agreement. Komfortliv is not an industrial laundry and does not promise specialist treatment that needs professional machinery or dry cleaning.
The service is available for homes and short-term rentals in Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres.
What can be included
- Sorting clothing, towels, bedding and other agreed textiles.
- Washing and drying according to visible care labels and the approved method.
- Folding and placing clean textiles in the agreed location.
- Changing bedding and preparing complete linen sets.
- Separating used and clean items for rental turnover.
- Transport to or from an external laundry when approved.
Information we need
Tell us about hand-wash items, low-temperature requirements, allergies, special detergents, stains, delicate materials and the number of sets. Unknown chemical, biological or medical contamination is not accepted as ordinary textile work without a suitable professional handling solution.
When a customer machine is used, it must be in normal working condition. Work stops if there is a leak, electrical fault, severe imbalance or other abnormal function. Komfortliv does not repair the washing machine as part of the textile service.
Machines, products and expected results
We follow visible care labels, but cannot guarantee that old stains, discolouration, shrinkage or previous damage will disappear. Ironing, dry cleaning, specialist stain treatment, repairs and very delicate textiles require a separate agreement.
The customer supplies textiles unless a separate rental and delivery solution is approved with an external provider.
Price and logistics
The guide price starts from NOK 690 per hour including VAT. A one-off assignment normally has a NOK 3,000 minimum order. Laundry fees, products, transport, parking and tolls are additional.
For rentals, a repeatable routine can specify sets, collection points, storage, turnaround time, reserve linen and what happens when drying time is insufficient.
Frequently asked questions
Do you wash in the home?
Yes, when the machine is suitable and time allows. An external laundry can be agreed for larger quantities.
Do you bring your own bedding?
Not as standard. The customer provides textiles, or a separate external rental and delivery solution is agreed.
Can you remove every stain?
No. Results depend on the material, stain, age and previous treatment.
Can laundry be combined with rental service?
Yes. Bedding, towels, cleaning and approved supplies can be placed in one changeover checklist.
