A home prepared before arrival
After a long trip, a hospital stay or a difficult period, it helps when the home is clean, aired and practically ready. Komfortliv provides the Welcome Home package in Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres. The resident or an authorised relative can order the service.
The package is practical home preparation. It does not include personal care, medical tasks, medication handling, patient transport, lifting a person or health advice.
What the package may include
- Agreed cleaning and airing of the home.
- Changing or preparing available bedding and towels.
- Simple organisation of the agreed arrival areas.
- Shopping from a written list and approved budget.
- Checking that agreed everyday supplies are in place.
- A short completion note or visible status report for the authorised contact.
Ordering through a relative
A relative may order when access, consent and one decision-making contact are clear. Shopping is performed only from a concrete list, approved budget and agreed rules for alternatives. Komfortliv does not use a customer's bank card, online banking or broad financial power of attorney.
Products and expenses are documented with receipts and paid under the agreed arrangement.
Timing and price
The guide price starts from NOK 3,000 including VAT for a defined package. The final price depends on home size, cleaning level, textiles, shopping, transport and the number of practical tasks. Products, parking, tolls and other approved expenses are additional.
The date is confirmed after access, task list, supplies and the expected arrival time are known.
Final check
Before closing the assignment, we check the agreed areas, place items according to the list and report anything that could not be completed. We do not make medical or safety decisions that belong to the resident, family, municipality or qualified professionals.

Can you buy groceries?
Yes, after receiving a written list, approved budget and payment arrangement. Purchases are documented.

Can you arrange medication?
No. Medication collection, dosing and handling are outside practical home service.

Yes. Cleaning, textiles, organisation and approved shopping are assembled around a concrete task list.
