Heavy objects must be assessed first
A piano, safe or stone slab cannot be treated like ordinary furniture. Weight distribution, weak parts, sharp edges, stairs and tight turns can make a short move difficult. Komfortliv assesses whether its team can complete the lift, whether more staff are needed or whether a specialist partner should be involved.
No specialist move is confirmed from the item name alone. Send photos, dimensions, known or estimated weight and the complete carrying route. High-risk jobs may require a site visit.
Objects requiring individual approval
Not every listed item can automatically be accepted. Construction, value, documentation and access determine whether the job is safe. Items fixed to the building or connected to electricity or water must be released by the correct trade provider first.

- Treadmills, gym equipment and large appliances.
- Marble, concrete and stone tables.
- Solid furniture, art, glass and equipment with an unknown centre of gravity.
Information needed for assessment
Photograph the item from several angles and measure height, width and depth. Show entrances, doors, corridors, lifts, stairs, landings and the route to the vehicle. For stairs, provide floors, width, turns and obstacles. Include parking, carrying distance and any lift or loading-bay reservation.
Method, equipment and responsibility
The job may require extra staff, carrying straps, trolleys, ramps, protection or specialist equipment. We confirm whether we can work directly or need a partner. We do not improvise a risky lift when actual conditions differ from the information supplied.
Tell us about existing damage, loose parts, weak construction and exceptional value. Sensitive instruments or equipment may require preparation advice from the manufacturer or a specialist workshop.
Heavy-lift pricing
PUBLIC_1_2 uses fixed starting points by object type, but the service is always QUOTE. The figures below are therefore base values before stairs, multiple addresses, specialist equipment, extra staffing, long carrying distance and any partner costs are assessed.

Yes, when floors, doors, lifts and the carrying route are suitable. The same safety assessment applies.

Work may stop while revised staffing, equipment, method and price are agreed.
