Komfortliv does not describe its general service staff as plumbers and does not perform competence-regulated interventions without the correct partner. Technical responsibility remains with the provider carrying out the plumbing work.
What Komfortliv can coordinate
Work on fixed pipes, drains, shut-off valves, leak-safety systems and wet rooms is carried out by the qualified partner. The customer is told who performs each part and how price and responsibility are divided.

Information that speeds up assessment
Send overview and close-up photos, describe how long the issue has existed and state whether water is actively leaking. Include brand, model and dimensions for taps, basins, toilets or kitchen products. Water shut-off affecting several units must be coordinated with the building manager or association.
For an uncontrolled leak, first limit damage and safely shut off water if possible, then contact an emergency plumber or relevant emergency service. The ordinary web enquiry is monitored during office hours and is not a 24-hour emergency line.
Pricing and responsibility
Komfortliv's coordination and practical work start from NOK 990 per hour including VAT, with a usual minimum order of NOK 3,000 when practical tasks are combined. The plumber's labour, call-out, materials and documentation are priced separately and approved by the customer where circumstances allow.
Travel, parking, tolls, purchases and waste are additional. Warranties and claims for regulated plumbing work follow the agreement with the executing partner.
What this service does not promise
We do not assume that a leak can be solved by tightening a visible fitting, and we do not cover moisture or mould with silicone. Membranes, concealed pipes, drains and distribution cabinets require the appropriate professional assessment; diagnosis may be needed before a solution or price is known.
