An estate can contain documents, valuables, family memories, furniture and ordinary household items that need different decisions. Komfortliv works discreetly in Oslo and nearby areas within about 20 kilometres, following written instructions from one authorised contact.
We provide practical work only. We do not give legal advice, carry out probate, decide who inherits, value belongings, purchase estate contents or replace the authority of the estate representative.
What the package may include
- Sorting into categories approved by the estate representative.
- Packing documents, personal items and agreed belongings for family or storage.
- Transport to family, reuse, disposal or another approved destination.
- Coordination of documented receiving and disposal fees.
- Removal of accessible ordinary furniture and household contents.

Authority before work starts
One contact must confirm the right to give instructions for the estate. The task list should identify documents and valuables, items for family, items for reuse, items for disposal, the cleaning standard, access and any deadline.
When instructions conflict or authority is unclear, work stops for the affected items. We do not remove belongings based on an informal request or assume that silence means approval.

These are the package amounts in Booking PUBLIC_1_2. The assignment still remains QUOTE/REVIEW according to actual contents and access. Disposal, storage, donation transport, parking, tolls, packaging and specialist handling are separate where required.
Order and quality
The normal sequence is to secure documents and valuables, sort, pack, transport and then clean. Moisture, pests, odours, hidden damage or contamination are reported and may require a specialist. Surface cleaning is not used to conceal a property problem.

Must all heirs be present?
No, but one person must be able to document or confirm authority to instruct us on behalf of the estate.
Do you sell furniture or valuables?
No. We can pack and transport items under written instructions, but sale decisions remain with the estate.
Can cleaning be ordered separately?
Yes, after the relevant rooms and surfaces are accessible and the scope is confirmed.
What happens to unwanted items?
They are delivered to an approved reuse, donation or disposal route according to the written plan and documented costs.
